This page contains policies and information about Courtney Little Handmade (www.courtneylittlehandmade.com). By placing an order from this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions on this page.
Your personal information, including name, address, phone number, and email address, will be collected when you place an online order. I will only ask for this information when it is needed to provide services to you (i.e. shipping and billing information for your order, payment processing, email newsletter, custom order correspondence). Your personal information will not be sold to anyone, and will only be shared if you've specifically allowed it.
I use the MailChimp service to send updates, newsletters, and promo codes to those who voluntarily opt in via subscription box. You may unsubscribe at any time, either by following the unsubscribe instructions included in every e-mail you've received from Courtney Little Handmade or by contacting me directly.
You'll notice the little lock icon in the browser as well as the url beginning with https:// rather than http://. This website and the checkout process are protected by SSL to keep your information safe and secure.
Shipping & Turnaround Time
I currently ship to US addresses only using USPS Priority Mail services for most orders, but I may use FedEx for larger orders. You will see shipping costs during the checkout process, and express shipping is available upon request. International orders may be handled on a case-to-case basis.
Turnaround time varies from product to product, so please be sure to check individual product descriptions for more information. Products that are in stock and ready to ship will typically ship 1-2 business days after payment has been processed.
If you live in or around Pocatello, Idaho, free local pick-up is also available.
I love creating custom orders of all kinds! Please contact me if you'd like to request something special or get a cost estimate. We will be in touch via email throughout the design and creation process to make sure you are getting just what you're looking for. Once details have been agreed upon and confirmed, a reserved listing will be created for you to order when you're ready. A link to this listing will be emailed to the address you provided in the contact form, unless you let me know otherwise.
In most cases, I will not start working on custom orders until the order is placed and payment processed. Please keep in mind that I may be working on other orders at the same time as well. I will always disclose this when we're in the beginning stages, and we'll discuss any time constraints you may have.
Payment methods accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, ApplePay, and PayPal.
I am located in Idaho, and am required by law to collect sales tax (6%) from Idaho customers only. Tax is not included in the product listing prices - Idaho customers will see this charge during the checkout process.
Returns & Refunds
I want you to love your order, so please contact me as soon as possible if you have any problems or questions! Returns and refunds are worked out on a case-to-case basis.
Due to the nature of the work, returns are not accepted for custom orders.
